Return Policy
Lancaster Bingo Company strives to offer the highest-quality charitable gaming products. However, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that meet the following guidelines:
- Customers can return product if a return authorization (RA) number is issued by Customer Service and the product is not open or damaged. A short explanation is requested. Customer Service can be reached at 800.866.5001.
- Customers must return product within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers must pay for return freight or a Sales Representative picks the product up.
- Returns exclude 50% off sale items.
Returns for defective or faulty products:
- A return authorization (RA) is number required in order to return any defective or faulty product. Please call customer service at 800.866.5001 to request an RA number.
- Lancaster Bingo can issue a UPS call tag to pick up the defective or faulty games or customers may return the defective or faulty game, along with the RA number to a Sales Representative.
- Lancaster Bingo will issue a credit to customers after Lancaster Bingo determines if a game is defective or faulty.
Merchandise Return Policy
In addition to the above requirements, for merchandise the following return requirements apply:
These items are NON returnable:
- Consumable items such as food, drinks, batteries, factory-sealed sports collectible sets, gift cards and final sale items.
- Case packs/bulk items: we will not accept partial case packs for return. You must return the product in the original shipping pack, with all individual items unopened.
- Electronics and Large Screen TV's (37" and larger) - please refer to the manufacture warranty.
