Dear Valued Customer,

As you may be aware HB3649 was signed by the Governor and will go into effect August 20, 2007.

With this in mind, Sec. 1.1. Definitions is worth noting:

“'Bingo' means a game in which each player has a card or board for which a consideration has been paid, containing 5 horizontal rows of spaces, with each row except the central one containing 5 figures. The central row has 4 figures with the word “free” marked in the center space.”

It is our understanding that based on the above definition of “Bingo” the current raffle paper being used by many of you meets this definition and therefore would be considered a bingo game and not raffle.

LBC has committed to work with manufacturing to provide a timely solution so that you may continue to play your raffle and bingo games just as you do today, in full compliance with all local and state regulations.
