Products may be returned if they have not been opened or damaged. Products that were originally purchased as Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for return. Read our Return Policy for more information.
Can Lancaster Bingo Company run a report for me listing everything I purchased last year?

Can I pay by invoice, or do I have to wait for a monthly statement?
Whether you pay by invoice or wait for your statement is up to you. Either way, please be sure to include the invoice number(s) on your check.
If you are a current customer, you can place your order online, or you can contact your sales person via his/her cell phone or by calling our Customer Service Center to leave a message in his/her voicemail box. You may also place your order with one of our Customer Service Partners, who will then relay the order to your sales representative. If you are not a current customer, register for an account today!

Why are items sometimes out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items sold by Lancaster Bingo Company, but due to high demand and occasional supply issues, some products may not always be available. Because Lancaster Bingo orders our products through several manufacturers, our product availability can be affected by a manufacturer discontinuing a product; some manufacturers also have a minimum order requirement before producing another set of a product.
Lancaster Bingo Company offers over 20,000 charitable fundraising products, which change rapidly. Therefore, we do not maintain a catalog. If you would like information on a particular product line, please submit a contact form or call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-866-5001.
Do I need to be licensed to place an order?
License requirements vary by state and also depend on the product(s) you are purchasing. Unlicensed customers may purchase unregulated products, which are designated with a check mark symbol. You must be licensed to purchase games of chance; however, there are a few exceptions in some states. How do I get set up with a Lancaster Bingo Company customer account?
Register for an account on our site. You’ll receive and email with your account information and secure password. If you sign up as a licensed organization wanting to purchase regulated products, Lancaster Bingo must first confirm your license information with the regulators in your area. Once we get confirmation, you’ll receive an email that your account is ready to go!
In most states, the legal definition of a pull-tab is a game of chance using a folded or banded paper ticket, or a paper card with perforated break-open tabs, the face of which is covered or otherwise hidden from view to conceal a number, letter, symbol, or a set of numbers, letters, or symbols, some of which have been designated in advance as prize winners and shall include charity game tickets. They are also known as bell jars, rip-offs, pickle jars, cookies, and instant bingo tickets.
When will my sales person be stopping by?
Lancaster Bingo Company has more than 50 sales people and their routes are subject to change at any time. Some sales people see their customers the same day every week and other sales people see their customers every other week. Weather conditions and order volume sometimes delay our sales force, so they may not be at your organization at the same time each visit. Feel free to fill out a contact form or call our Customer Service Center if you need to confirm when your sales person will be delivering your next order, and we will contact your sales person for you.

How can I find out who the Lancaster Bingo sales person is in my area?
Just fill out a contact form or call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-866-5001, and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Partners will put you in touch with the Sales Manager or sales person for your area. If you are a current customer, your sales person’s name and initials will be printed on your invoices. If you do not have your invoices handy but have set up an account on our website, click on Your Account at the top of the page and click Overview to see the name of your sales person on the left side of the page. Lancaster Bingo Company was started and is headquartered in Lancaster, Ohio. We have warehouses in: Lancaster and Brunswick, Ohio; Greenfield, Indiana; Louisville, Kentucky; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Annville, Pennsylvania. We also have smaller distribution points in Parkersburg and Beckley, West Virginia; East Dundee and Springfield, Illinois; Cincinnati, Ohio; Williamsport, Pennsylvania; and Chesapeake, Virginia.

Why do I keep getting charged sales tax when my organization is tax exempt?
Organizations will be charged sales tax until the proper exemption documentation is on file in the Lancaster Bingo Company Accounting Department.
Are you licensed to sell in my state?

Can I find all Lancaster Bingo Company products online?
All Lancaster Bingo products that are currently in stock are shown on our website. If you need a specific product and do not see it on our website, try searching for similar items or contact us.
Yes, if you have an account. Anyone with an account can purchase unregulated products and pay for them securely online. Only licensed organizations may purchase regulated products and will receive an invoice from Lancaster Bingo Company after completing the order online.
How will my purchase be delivered when I order online?
In most cases, your sales person will deliver your order right to your door. If you are buying unregulated products, you can also choose to have them shipped by UPS.
Can I access my account balance online?
Yes. First login to your account, then click Overview under the Your Account menu at the top of the page to see your current outstanding invoices.
Why should my organization sell pull-tabs?
They are a great way to generate excitement at your bingo game. Players enjoy winning! Pull-tabs have great winner ratios and put money back into circulation on the bingo hall floor. Charities recognize a nice return on their investment and are able to produce more fundraising dollars.
Can I view and print invoices online?
Yes. Login to your account and go to the Invoices page under the Your Account menu at the top of the page to view and print invoices.
If you are purchasing unregulated products, you may pay securely online. Online bill payment for regulated products is not an option at this time; you will be invoiced after completing your order.
