Return Policy

Lancaster Bingo Company strives to offer the highest-quality charitable gaming products. However, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that meet the following guidelines:

  1. Customers can return product if a return authorization (RA) number is issued by Customer Service and the product is not open or damaged. A short explanation is requested. Customer Service can be reached at 800.866.5001.
  2. Customers must return product within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Customers must pay for return freight or a Sales Representative picks the product up.
  4. Returns exclude 50% off sale items.

Returns for defective or faulty products:

  1. A return authorization (RA) is number required in order to return any defective or faulty product. Please call customer service at 800.866.5001 to request an RA number.
  2. Lancaster Bingo can issue a UPS call tag to pick up the defective or faulty games or customers may return the defective or faulty game, along with the RA number to a Sales Representative.
  3. Lancaster Bingo will issue a credit to customers after Lancaster Bingo determines if a game is defective or faulty.

Merchandise Return Policy

In addition to the above requirements, for merchandise the following return requirements apply:

These items are NON returnable:

  1. Consumable items such as food, drinks, batteries, factory-sealed sports collectible sets, gift cards and final sale items.
  2. Case packs/bulk items: we will not accept partial case packs for return. You must return the product in the original shipping pack, with all individual items unopened.
  3. Electronics and Large Screen TV's (37" and larger) - please refer to the manufacture warranty.
