Illinois

In Illinois, you need to contact the Illinois Department of Revenue for charitable gaming licenses.

Indiana

In Indiana, charitable gaming licenses are managed by the Indiana Gaming Commission.

Kentucky

The Kentucky Horse Racing & Gaming department oversees the licensing process for their state. Visit https://dcg.ky.gov/ to apply for a license.

They also offer training on charitable gaming for organizations in the state at https://dcg.ky.gov/newstatic_info.aspx?static_id=184&menuid=50

In Kentucky, you must be an established and continuously operating organization that is actively engaged in charitable activities for 3 years before applying for a charitable gaming license.

Ohio

To get licensed for charitable gaming in Ohio, you need to apply through the Ohio Attorney General's Office. You can find the necessary forms and additional information on their website: https://charitable.ohioago.gov/Charitable-Bingo

In Ohio, an organization must be in existence for 2 years before applying for a charitable gaming license.

The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue handles charitable gaming licenses for the state.
